What Enters the Queue

Traces are queued when automated evaluation verdict is:

• PROCESS_FAILURE, or
• NEEDS_REVIEW

Queue Item Context

Each item includes:

• Trace ID and linked trace view
• Original verdict
• Evaluation details and per-rule outcomes
• Latest audit-log context
• Queue status and reviewer metadata

Decision States

Review actions:

• CONFIRMED
• OVERRIDDEN
• ESCALATED

Rules enforced on submission:

• OVERRIDDEN requires finalVerdict
• OVERRIDDEN and ESCALATED require reviewReason

Typical Workflow

1. Filter queue to pending items
2. Open trace and evaluate evidence
3. Submit decision with reason
4. Continue monitoring dashboard and alerts for new inflow
